1. Review: Our focus is to maximize the benefits for key employees while ensuring the cost for providing benefits for all employees is affordable for the company.
2. Investments: Working with your investment advisor we will analyze investment performance relative to appropriate industry benchmarks, operating expense ratios and peer group rating.
3. Recordkeeper: We work with several recordkeeping vendors who offer an “open architecture” investment platform, which allows the investment advisor to customize investments options based on the needs of the plan.
4. Recommendations: Using the experience and tools that we have developed over the last 20 years, we will assist you in selecting the appropriate recordkeeper and investments for your plan.
1. Strategy: We will work with your employees, the recordkeeper, and investment advisor to create a strategy for a successful plan conversion.
2. Conversion: Working alongside your new vendors, we will act as a liaison with your prior recordkeeper and investment provider to ensure that deadlines and responsibilities are clearly understood and met by each party.
3. Communication: We will ensure that information is communicated to your employees in a timely and effective manner through group meetings, web-casts, and enrollment booklets.
1. Administration: Each year we will prepare all of the required compliance and discrimination testing required by the Internal Revenue Service, allocate any employer contributions to the plan and prepare the Form 5500.
2. Participant Education: We will make sure your plan participants receive ongoing retirement education based on their specific needs.
3. Vendor Review: Annually we will meet with you to review the performance of your vendors and discuss any changes that may need to be made.
